Main objective of Contemporary Legal Studies Journal is to provide a legal forum for researchers to submit their findings relevant to current legal issues. Providing up-to-date legal findings, filling gaps in any area of Iranian Law and increasing knowledge of legal community to function better are considered as other aims defined for the Journal. To let researchers and libraries have access to the most recent research findings in the field, the Journal provides open-access to its articles. The Magiran and Noormags preservation systems are used by CLSJ to create a distributed archiving system for individuals and libraries.
