Founded in 2010, Contemporary Legal Studies Journal (CLSJ) is an open-access, double-blind and peer reviewed journal published by University of Tabriz. CLSJ seeks to provide a legal forum for researchers to disseminate their scientific work relevant to current legal issues. Authors are encouraged to submit their original, unpublished and Persian-language manuscripts which are not under review in any other journal. CLSJ publishes Digital version of articles though it may also publish printed version under certain circumstances. Contemporary Legal Studies Journal, formerly known as Fiqh and Islamic Jurisprudence, brings together a diverse group of legal scholars, practitioners, community leaders, and judges, into one forum for the discussion of pressing legal issues.
